Currently, Chief Human Resources Executive at the Rogers Group, his current responsibility covers 5,500+ employees over 13 countries and 7 business sectors including Aviation, Logistics, Fintech, Real Estate and Hospitality. He is a trained Executive Coach, a certified Agility Coach, a Co-active Professional Coach and a certified facilitator of LEGO Serious Play. Manish is accredited in various psychometric tools (Facet 5, Agile Profile, ViewSuite, LAB profile, StressScan).

His personal mission is to ignite the spark of transformation in people and is passionate about making the world a better place to work. Manish regularly delivers workshops and keynote speeches around Self Leadership, Change Management, People Leadership. He also practices an adjunct University professor where he facilitates post-graduate courses in Organisation Behaviour, Organisational Design, and Human Resources Management.
