Mr Frad Dahall, co-founder and Executive Director at Strategic Insight Ltd, holds a degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology from the University of Cape Town (RSA- Yr2001). He has over 19 years’ local and global experience in Information Management, Business Strategy, Relationship Management, Human Resource Management, Training, Change Management and Hotel Management.

Frad has mainly occupied executive positions as HR practitioner and Training Director in well-established corporations across various sectors namely Education, Insurance, Finance, ICT and Hospitality. Additionally, Frad has been a certified Dale Carnegie® trainer for the past 10 years.
