117 stated that they had offered Jagex their side of the bargain by removing their application once Jagex had released their own version, and also giving Jagex "collaborative influence" over the design of Runelite HD's.
"They have not been able to accept the offer," 117 said. "I am extremely sad and disappointed with Jagex, and I am deeply sorry for this long journey I'm not able show you this work. The mod seems to violate Jagex's rules for third-party clients, however the Runescape developer says it's reviewing the guidelines next week, adding references to old school runescape buy gold projects that could affect the design to the player.
